Project Overview

This project was developed in collaboration with ABCSKILL, an edtech platform focused on revolutionizing the way schools apply and grade tests. I was hired to design the entire user interface from scratch, with the goal of creating a responsive, modern, and intuitive platform that would simplify the test-taking and correction process for educators and students. The end result is a streamlined, mobile-friendly product that delivers fast access to assessments, instant results, and a user experience designed around clarity and performance.

Problem Identification

The main challenge was to design a tool that could handle complex educational data in a way that felt simple and accessible. The platform needed to support functionalities such as automatic test correction, detailed performance reports, and classroom-wide progress tracking — all while maintaining a clean, school-friendly interface that teachers could navigate effortlessly, even with minimal technical knowledge.

Goals and Objectives

My goals included creating a visual identity that felt trustworthy and academic, organizing content hierarchically to highlight key actions such as applying tests and viewing results, and optimizing usability on both desktop and mobile. A strong emphasis was also placed on accessibility and performance, ensuring the platform could be used seamlessly in real-world classroom environments with varying device types and internet speeds.UI/UX Design

Using tools like Figma and Framer, we crafted a clean, intuitive design that reflects Genius's forward-thinking approach. We focused on ease of use, ensuring the landing page would not only look great but also perform seamlessly.

Design Process and Methodology

The project started with stakeholder meetings to understand the business needs and educational workflows. I then created user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to define the platform’s core structure and navigation logic. High-fidelity mockups were designed in Figma, followed by interactive prototypes used for testing. Throughout the process, I worked closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency during implementation.
